A mobile + web platform that turns a property scan into a RICS-certified floorplan, a 3D model and an asset register — in minutes, not hours. It's used by independent surveyors, regional firms, large surveying networks, housing associations and local councils.
Why it matters
UK housing stock is going through a once-in-a-generation compliance cycle — RdSAP10 windows, EPC band uplifts, Decent Homes 2, asset-data quality. Doing that work the old way doesn't scale. Vuabl is the tooling that makes it scale.
