Categories we use
Essential (always on)
Required for the site and forms to work. We use:
vuabl_consent— stores your cookie preferences (180 days, first-party).- Astro session cookies for form submissions (session, first-party).
Analytics (opt-in)
Used to understand which content is working. Loaded only with your consent:
- Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. Cookies typically prefixed
_ga,_ga_*. Up to 2 years. - Server-side equivalents (GA4 Measurement Protocol) — same consent applies.
Marketing (opt-in)
Used for advertising measurement and retargeting. Loaded only with your consent:
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — cookies
_fbp,_fbc. Up to 90 days. Server-side via Meta Conversions API. - LinkedIn Insight Tag — cookies
li_fat_id,li_sugr. Up to 90 days. Server-side via LinkedIn Conversions API. - HubSpot tracking — cookies
hubspotutk,__hstc,__hssrc,__hssc. Up to 13 months.
Server-side tracking
We also send conversion events server-to-server to Meta, LinkedIn, Google and HubSpot, which doesn't rely on browser cookies. We treat server-side tracking the same as browser tracking under PECR and the UK GDPR: marketing tags only fire if you've given marketing consent. Form submissions are processed under legitimate interest because you've actively asked to be contacted.
Withdrawing consent
Open , untick the categories you no longer want, and save. Already-set cookies are not deleted by browsers automatically — you can clear them via your browser settings.
