Who we are
Vuabl Ltd ("Vuabl", "we") is the controller of personal data we collect via the vuabl.io marketing website and any data you submit to us via this site. Registered office and company number to be inserted.
What we collect via this website
- Contact details you submit via a form — name, work email, phone, organisation, role, free-text message.
- Cookies and technical data — see our cookie notice. With consent, this may include analytics and advertising cookies.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, page URL, timestamp, for security and operational reasons.
Why we use it and the lawful basis
- Responding to enquiries — Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to prospects).
- Marketing measurement and advertising — Article 6(1)(a) (consent), captured via the cookie banner.
- Security and fraud prevention — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
We share limited data with processors and partners to deliver the services you've asked for:
- HubSpot — CRM and marketing tools (data hosted in the EU).
- Google Analytics — analytics (with your consent).
- Meta and LinkedIn — advertising measurement (with your consent).
- Hosting — our hosting provider operates UK infrastructure for the marketing site.

International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data
Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot for the duration of the customer relationship and for a period afterwards in line with our retention schedule (available on request). Cookie-based identifiers expire as listed in the cookie notice.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@vuabl.io.
