- Yes — a signed DPA is part of every enterprise contract. Available in advance for procurement review.
- Where is data hosted?
- UK regions by default. Region pinning available on enterprise plans.
- Who are your sub-processors?
- A complete sub-processor list, with purpose and region, is available on request and is updated as relationships change.
- Do you support SSO and SCIM?
- SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are available on enterprise plans. Compatible with Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
- How do you handle access reviews?
- Role-based access control with full activity logging. Quarterly access review exports can be scheduled to your audit team.
- Can we get reference customers?
- Yes — we'll match you with references in your sector (housing association, council, or large surveying firm) during procurement.
- What's the off-boarding process?
- Bulk export of all customer data — floorplans, models, raw scans and structured data — within 14 days. Documented in the DPA.
- Do you carry insurance?
